About

Two houses,
one shared conviction.

The union of a P&C broker specialised in critical infrastructure and a consultancy recognised for its work on digital sovereignty.

Our mission

Turn risk into leverage.

Build the reference insurance offer for the critical infrastructure of French digital sovereignty.

2026

Our partnership stems from a shared diagnosis: data centres are no longer insurable as warehouses with servers in them. French digital sovereignty is being built today inside buildings that concentrate risks of a radically new nature and a financial exposure unlike anything before.

To address this criticality, two houses are pooling their expertise. Archimède, a P&C broker specialised in complex industrial infrastructure. Virtus Conseil, a consultancy recognised for its work on sovereignty, cyber resilience and critical-chain matters.

Together, we build insurance programmes that don't merely cover damage: they strengthen the asset's valuation, secure client commitments, reinforce territorial acceptability and preserve the continuity of an infrastructure that has become vital.

Frequently asked questions

What leadership teams ask us.

A generalist programme applies a risk grid built for standard industrial buildings. Our offer starts from the specifics of the data centre: hyperscaler SLA commitments, criticality of cooling production equipment, cyber exposure on the OT chain, multi-tenant contractual articulation. Each line is calibrated to those realities.

Yes — it is a defining feature of our offer. Our CAR natively includes the commissioning phase, the tipping point where the majority of losses occur. We also support anticipated business interruption coverage during the construction phase.

Yes. Our offer is calibrated to articulate with hyperscalers' corporate captive programmes while meeting French and European regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, EUCS). We interface directly with hyperscaler risk-management teams and their global brokers.

Our offer is built for players managing at least one critical site with 4 MW of IT capacity or more, or a multi-site portfolio. We offer a free upstream diagnostic to qualify the relevance of a bespoke programme.

Yes. For portfolios of 8 sites or more, or hyperscaler groups, we study and structure captive solutions in line with tax and regulatory considerations. We steer the entire process, from feasibility study to operational rollout.

One hour with a partner and a risk engineer. At the end, we provide you with a written mapping of the main gaps between your current programme and the standards expected by hyperscalers, lenders and European authorities. No commitment, fully confidential. The diagnostic is a strategic first step. It can then open the way to a deeper structuring, market-consultation and quotation mission, conducted on mandate with the London players best suited to your risk profile.

Let's talk about your asset.

No commitment, no standard grid. One hour to gauge what can be improved.
